New York Cares relies on the dedication of volunteers to accomplish its mission of meeting pressing community needs. Among these vital supporters are our Young Professional groups who serve as major fundraisers and all-star volunteer ambassadors.

Rising Leaders Council

The New York Cares Rising Leaders are a council of young professionals dedicated to supporting New York Cares by fundraising, serving as ambassadors, and cultivating prospective volunteers and donors to further the organization’s mission. The Rising Leaders serve and support initiatives across New York City with an objective to raise more than $250,000 per year; this contribution places the Rising Leaders among the ranks of New York Cares’ largest corporate supporters.
